Customers may request a return for an eligible shopping order within three business days after delivery. Sunday is not counted. Select the reason and add details when needed. The affected seller is notified and must accept the return before delivery pickup begins. Customer service may approve a delayed request before seller acceptance and will notify the seller in Bungrua chat. Refunds are processed by admin after the returned items are received and checked.
