Return and Refund Policy
Version 1.0 Effective date: 11 July 2026 This Return and Refund Policy explains how cancellation, return, and refund requests are handled on Bungrua. 1. Cancellation Customers may request cancellation before the order is delivered. Cancellation approval depends on the order status, seller preparation status, delivery status, and payment status. If an order has already been packed, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible and the request may be treated as a return request. 2. Return Eligibility A return may be accepted if: - The wrong product was delivered - The product was damaged during delivery - The product is different from the listing - The product is missing important parts - The seller or Bungrua approves the return after review 3. Non-Returnable Cases A return may be rejected if: - The product was used, damaged, washed, altered, or misused by the customer - The product tag, packaging, or original condition is missing where required - The return request is made after the allowed period - The issue is caused by incorrect customer selection of size, color, address, or quantity - The product is marked as non-returnable - The customer provides false or misleading information 4. Return Request Process Customers should contact customer service from the order details or support section. Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product, packaging, and issue. 5. Refunds Refunds are processed only after the cancellation or return is approved. Refund timing depends on the payment method, payment provider, order status, and admin verification. For pay-on-delivery orders, refund handling may require manual review. 6. Out Of Stock Products If a product becomes out of stock after order placement, Bungrua or the seller may cancel the order and refund the customer if payment was already made. 7. Seller Responsibility Sellers are responsible for product quality, correct item dispatch, safe packaging, and accurate stock updates. If a return or refund is caused by seller error, the seller may be responsible for the related cost. 8. Final Decision Bungrua may review order records, seller information, customer messages, photos, videos, payment status, and delivery status before making a decision.
