Information We Collect We may collect: - Name - Email address - Phone number - Password in encrypted form - Delivery address - Order details - Payment status and payment reference - Customer service messages - Images or videos uploaded in support chat - Product reviews - Seller profile details - Seller store address and phone number - Delivery staff details - Device, browser, and basic usage information 2. Why We Collect Information We use information to: - Create and manage accounts - Process orders - Deliver products - Contact customers, sellers, delivery staff, and customer service - Verify sellers and staff - Process payments and refunds - Handle disputes, returns, and complaints - Prevent fraud and misuse - Improve the marketplace - Follow legal and regulatory requirements 3. Location Data If live delivery tracking is enabled, customers may provide delivery location and delivery staff may provide live location. This feature may be limited to selected service areas, such as AMC areas, and may not be available everywhere. Location data is used for delivery support and order tracking. 4. Payment Data Bungrua does not ask users to share card numbers, OTPs, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or sensitive payment credentials in chat. Online payments are processed through supported payment providers. 5. Sharing Of Information We may share necessary information with: - Sellers, to fulfill orders - Delivery staff, to deliver orders - Customer service staff, to resolve issues - Payment providers, to process payments - Admin staff, to manage marketplace operations - Legal or government authorities, if required by law We do not sell customer personal information. 6. Seller And Store Contact Details Admin and customer service may access seller/store contact details when needed for verification, order handling, dispute resolution, return handling, payout review, or customer support. 7. Data Security We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. 8. User Responsibility Users must keep their login details private. Bungrua will never ask for OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password through chat. 9. Data Retention We keep information for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, complete orders, handle disputes, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. 10. Updates To This Policy Bungrua may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If important changes are made, users may be asked to accept the latest version before continuing. 11.
